Once the application is developed the QA team would test the application before deploying . Typically QA team would test the fjnctionality, but they are mostly resistend of any design mistakes. Even a glarring mistake would not catch their attendtion. I tried talking to a tester and understand the reason. I try doing a checklist for them to follow and run a short training session. But nothing seems to be working.
I talk to my fellow friend about my challenge he had mentioned about a role creative tester. Creative tester are actually designers turned testers. They would follow the dev team regularly and any new development would go through them. Their primary job is to verify if the specs are been followed thoroughly and ti get it resolved if there are any differences.
